The organizers of the TurtleDex project disappeared, withdrawing 9000 BNB (~ $ 2.4 million) from its liquidity pools on the Pancake Swap and Ape Swap decentralized exchanges on the Binance Smart Chain, according to BSC News .
The funds were converted to Ethereum, split between 9 wallets and sent to the Binance exchange, a Twitter user under the nickname DeFi Stalker said.

All TurtleDex social media accounts have been deleted.
The JetfuelFinance platform, collaborating with the project, confirmed the fact of fraud.

According to journalist Colin Wu, some TurtleDex users have asked the head of Binance, Changpeng Zhao, to block the stolen funds. Ironically, earlier the project team, when asked by community members if they could hide with money, replied:
“No, because the arms are too short.”

DeFi Stalker reported that TechRate audited the TurtleDex smart contract in February and found no major issues.
“What is the purpose of the audit? If developers can easily withdraw liquidity, are we asking the right questions? ”- added the user.

TurtleDex has positioned itself as a decentralized data and file storage platform for users. On March 15, the project held a preliminary sale of TTDX tokens, collecting 9,000 BNB in two hours.
