Users Lost Access to Wallets (Updated)

On March 9, at about 15:00 Moscow time, the cryptocurrency wallets crashed. Users of the mobile and web versions of the service cannot sign in to their accounts.

Update: Representatives of the company have identified an “increased level of errors” in the service. The investigation is ongoing.

Update: According to the latest information, the cause of the failure was a fire in one of the data centers. The support team switched to 24/7 to redirect wallet activity to other data centers. The infrastructure of the exchange and user funds were not affected.

Update : The company announced the elimination of the cause of the failure.
