Swiss retailer Manor launched the sale of bitcoin vouchers

Large Swiss retailer Manor has started selling digital gold in the form of vouchers in 59 stores. Reported by Tages-Anzeiger .

From April 1, retail giants Valora and Avec Shops will launch Cryptonow gift cards in partnership with Swiss payment provider Värdex Suisse AG.

Cryptonow Bitcoin cards are available in three versions. Two of them are denominated in 100 and 500 Swiss francs ($ 107 and $ 537 at the exchange rate at the time of writing). Another allows you to determine the balance yourself – from 50 to 500 Swiss francs.

Cryptonow holders can return them to the exchange office or sell the first cryptocurrency through one of 70 Värdex Bitcoin ATMs.

In 2019, the Post Office of the Principality of Liechtenstein began selling bitcoins in its branches through a partnership with Värdex.

Recall that in January 2020, the authorities of the small Swiss town of Zermatt allowed residents to pay taxes using the first cryptocurrency.
